Ana Alexandre
Holistic Nutritionist & Personal Trainer

Ana Alexandre is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor. She has worked as a Health and Fitness Professional for many years, and has worked as Nutritional Consultant, Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise Instructor across Toronto, Burlington and Hamilton. Ana is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. She leads nutrition and lifestyle-based seminars both in corporate and community environments, and teaches natural whole foods cooking, vegetarian cooking, and leads grocery store tours as well as kitchen clean-ups. Ana also works with clients individually, assessing their needs and developing specific nutritional and fitness programs. Nutritional Counseling and Personal Training with Ana can be done in a one on one, partner or group environment.

As health consciousness increases, there is more demand for truly complete personal transformations. Zayna and Ana are the co-creators of a number of personal and corporate programs including the A to Z Style & Body Bootcamp. These programs are now being offered and are customized to suit the needs of the client(s).

Phillip Lovell
Makeup Artist & Skincare Specialist

Philip Lovell is based in Toronto and has been painting faces along side international makeup artists for a number of years. He works on the sets of feature films and creates looks for fashion shows and photo shoots in Toronto, Montreal and New York. One of Philip’s passions is working one on one with private clients. He is now working with Zayna Mosam Image Consulting, providing customized makeup and skincare consultations. His background working for many different companies gives him additional expertise on brands and the makeup and skincare market.

Stephanie Kriezman
Intern

Stephanie is a graduate of McGill University and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. She is interning at the company as a start to her training for a career in the fashion industry.
